Walton provides us the tools to become great communicators so that we can drive success in business, politics, or even in our family. Generating Buy-In is using a lot of examples and inspirations about top leaders have applied through the ages.

Real Estate and High Technology

The real estate world is a significant sector of the economy with huge financial implications, as we see in the daily news of late. It is big business and is driven by technology. Why? Any kind of business is pushed and developed by the highly innovative and many uses of technology. Consumers make decisions not only by the location or the price of the real estate, but are also attracted by helpful technology that allows them more “access” to the property.
What are the innovative uses of technology, or software, in the daily business of real estate?

Information Renaissance

We are living in an Information Age. Dr. Jay Gillette said, “Knowledge is power, information is wealth”. Everywhere we are surrounded by information. What is the Information Age exactly? According to Wikipedia, the” Information Age is a term that has been used to refer to the present era, generally beginning within ten years of 1990. The name alludes to the global economy's shift in focus away from the production of physical goods (as exemplified by the industry age) and towards the manipulation of information“ (Wikipedia, 2008).
