I would like to expand on my earlier blog about the information renaissance. I stated that the Information Renaissance started back when the printing presses were invented, and that the invention of the computer has amplified the effect of the Information Renaissance. I would like to elaborate on how the computer has amplified effect of the Information Renaissance.
Lately I have come across many Renaissance men since I started my research into the Renaissance. Four of them have stuck out amongst the crowd. I am talking, of course about Raffaelo Sanzio, Donato di Niccolò di Betto Bardi, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni, and Leonardo da Vinci whom I talked about in an earlier blog.
The Information Renaissance is a hard period to define. We know it’s going on, we just don’t know exactly what it is. For the most part it is the start of innovated ways to transfer massive amounts information between two or more parties.
