The printing technology gave a right path towards the cultural development. People in Europe started to built their houses, churches with good architecture. The literacy of people, increased day by day. This renaissance also had an effect on the general society. Many people showed interest in politics. People started to look at other towns and places and began to explore. Many people started their own businesses in other towns and began to export and import the commodities.
Due to this relocation and migration culture began to spread all over the nation. The people learned new culture and started to practice and this made a dramatic change in Humanism. Humanism is not a philosophy but it is the method of learning. It deals with the Grammar, poetry and Ethics. This gave a new birth to Education system.
The renaissance in Art was influenced by Giotto De Bondone in 14th century. He treated the painting from window into space and made the painting more realistic and natural. From this change the painters started to study about the shading, studied about light. The city that is celebrated for the Renaissance in painting is Florence in Italy.
Many themes were created based on the church and artists later started to use oil paintings and canvas. Leonado da Vinci who made exceptional study in shading and light created ever lasting paintings. He was called as “Renaissance man”. His paintings such as Mona lisa and Virgin of Rocks he made a advanced study about atmosphere and used light and shade. He also studied about human anatomy and achieved a degree of realism in human expressions.
The Renaissance of Art happened due to the invention of new methods of applying technology to art. Humanism played an major role in expressing the artists feelings and emotions

The rebirth of culture, technology and science happened in Europe between the 14th century and 17th century. Most dramatic changes happened between this period. The cultural movement in European history roughly begins in 14th century in Italy. The cultural movement spread throughout the Europe from Italy. The cultural movement gave way to new forms of paining, art, technology and religion.
The invention of printing press in 16th century was the advanced technology which paved the path to the cultural development. Jonah Guttenberg, inventor of printing press was considered as the “the most influential man” in 1000 years. The technology of printing took off because of the quality and economy came together. He printed the first Bible and made several copy and spread the bible throughout the world.
As Bible was considered as a Spiritual book the spirituality began to spread in Europe which directly influences the life of people. The printing technology influenced the Education system and since many people were able to read the books the new scientific methods and technology was created which increased in literacy in people.
This promoted people in constructing church and concentrated on Architecture and design. The new technologies were used to improve the design of architecture.

The Ribirth of technolgy gives a smooth path to innovative ideas. Among them Push to talk over cellular is an innovative idea implemented in third Generation technology. Push to talk is another service provided by 3G Networks. Push toTalk functions like a walkie-talkie, with an immediate response. The PTT communication is carried out in half-duplex mode. This service is for quick communication between end users. PoC enables the use of SIP as the signaling protocol over cellular data networks. The SIP protocol extensively works in the packet switched Network. (Vlasach, 2007)
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP):
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is an upgrade version of H.323 which is an application protocol used to create, modify and terminate the session with one participant. SIP is mainly used by VoIP to transfer the multimedia applications. It also supports both unicast and multicast streaming modes. SIP is an independent application protocol which can run on Transfer control protocol (TCP) and User-Datagram protocol (UDP).
(Rosenberg, 2002)

The main objective of SIP is to provide the signaling and call-setup for IP-based communications by making and tearing the call connection. The important characteristics of SIP are
•	SIP is transport-independent since it can be used by UDP and TCP.
•	SIP codes are in text-based allowing the user to read easily.
(Rosenberg, 2002)
The video conferencing technology uses the SIP protocol in IP based networks. The traditional network uses H.323.
Advantages of SIP:
• SIP is more streamlined protocol developed specially for IP telephony.
SIP can take control over the other protocols which cannot done by the H.323
•	Call initiation and ending in SIP will be obtained by two communication tools helps to track the location of user.
•	SIP can be easily updated like a HTML page.
(advantage of sip for VoIP, 2006
Establishment of Push-to-Talk communication:
SIP framework facilitates the PTT communication by providing end-to-end connection in all devices. SIP introduces a stack that is relevant in handling the wireless SIP User Agents (UAs).

SIP based PTT communication
Source: http://www.networkcomputing.com/gallery/2007/0625/0625ttb.jhtml
In normal standard SIP UA, the other UA communicate directly with the end devices which takes time and sometimes the connection will break which leads to loss of data and takes long time to get back to the normal state. But in PTT communication PoC server catches the status and settings of the wireless device. When the wireless network changes its status SIP updates the PoC server and when another device wants to connect the particular device, it checks with the PoC server and determines the connection to receive the data. This process makes faster connection between end users in PTT communication and also effectively prevents bandwidth use. (Vlasach, 2007)

The first multimedia services in mobile phone started at 2004 with the introduction of MMS. The multimedia applications are carried out by specific protocols and each protocol has their own specifications. Specific protocols are designed to solve certain problems and provide a new service by combining the existing protocol. The different types of protocol used in mobile multimedia are
•	3G H.324M
•	Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
•	Real Time Streaming protocol (RTSP)
•	SIP/JSR-180
To enable rich applications such as mobile TV, location-based services, and voice over IP (VoIP), these applications needs to support the end-to-end mobile infrastructure. Reliable and assured transport is essential to achieve the required user experience.

3G H.324 protocol:
The 3G-324M protocol operates over an established circuit switched connection between two communication peers. 3G-324M is an umbrella specification to enable conversational multimedia communication over Circuit Switched (CS) networks. H.324 is a specification for multimedia conferencing over Circuit switched networks and it is a proven solution for conversational multimedia based on 3G mobile Network services. (H324 videophones standard, 2007)

Mobile Video Telephony:
Mobile Video Telephony uses the 3G H.324 and SIP protocol for the audio and video transmission. The two possibilities of offering video telephony in mobile networks are to use circuit switched mobile core network or packet network. The circuit switched networks provides the limited bandwidth to transmit the uncompressed audio and video signal. Though packet switched network provides a larger bandwidth compared to circuit-switched, the immaturity in development affects the reliability of the user. Hence at present H.324 protocol over circuit switched networks provides a good quality of service with a fixed-delay. Packet Switched network with the SIP protocol will definitely rule the mobile video telephony system in future. Until the packet network infrastructure is proven and mature, circuit switched approach is wise to use. (Myers, 2005)

The H.324 uses 33,600 bps modem connection between the callers. This is same type of modem connection used to connect pc-users to the internet. Once the connection is established, an H.324 standard compresses and converts the voice and video into digital signal. The digital signal will be controlled by the H.324 to fit into the corresponding screen and bandwidth. The voice will be compressed to 6,000 bps and video is also compressed and uses the rest of the bandwidth.

The search by John Battelle is about the Google business from its beginnings to its multi-billion business success. The Google is the most prominent declaration of the power of search. It provides a new way of approach to the Internet technology and this acts as a gateway of instant knowledge than any other resources. Battelle also explains about the war between the search engines and arrival of online advertisements.
John Battelle divides the whole book into three sections. He discussed about the story of rise of Google, the business success and future of search engine. He said that the search engine consists of three major parts- the crawl, the index, and the runtime. He explains the importance and how the search engine will work and also about the search engines that were used in earlier stages. From the year 2000-2004 Google made business from zero to billion dollars. Google changed their business from Double Click Ad to Cost per thousand (CPM) model. This model is like when you search for “Ford cars” an ad would be appear on the top of the page. Mixing CPM with keyword-based advertising had increased their revenue. The year 2001 was as a big year for Google. The significant improvement started with the purchase of Deja News from Usenet which failed to attract people with their service. This made a big success for Google and it continued through 2003 and 2004 with the acquisition of Blogger, Picasa- a photo sharing service, launched a new service called Google Print, Gmail, Google Map, and Google Desktop Search. By introducing these features Google made the revenue of about $4 billion in four years
Battelle states that “The world is in control of Google” and if the Website doesn't allow Google to do its deep linking, that site will be practically invisible. The Google’s official mantra is “Do no evil” where author explains about privacy and the problem on privacy that people facing.

China INC explains how china is becoming the greatest supreme power in very near future. China is the fastest growing country in the world. China is growing three times faster than U.S. and uses more materials and man power than any country.
Tod Fishman reveals that the huge population and cheap labor plays an important role in influencing the Chinese market. Workforces are not only cheap but they are well trained and operate under a stable political system. Fishman stated that the large number of people migrated from the countryside to the rural areas which deliberately decrease the demand of work force and lead the path to cheap labors. Second factor is the local market is viewed as the “biggest market” where one-fifth of the humanity in the world lives in china which also attracts the global players. Fishman also states that china become the largest manufacturer of electronics product. This shows the improvement in technology and china is moving rapidly in biotech and computer manufacturing.
Although Fishman showed the factors influencing the world market but he didn’t discuss about the ruin of culture when people move from countryside to urban areas.
Fishman observes infrastructure in china is getting better due to privatization of common resources such as roads, water and energy. He also reported the change in political views from communism to Marxism influences the economy of china. Fishman states that “economical miracle” is happening in china and in 20 years if they compete with the quality of the product then china can make everything that U.S. and Europe can make at one third of its price.
Fishman states that china in recent years has lifted more people out of poverty than any other country in the world. Finally the author concludes that china is in right track to attain its supreme power in few fore coming years.

The growth of information technology over the past decade has revolutionized everything we do. It has shrunk our world to such an extent that what happens in the most remote areas is covered instantaneously. The use of the internet has shot up astronomically over the last couple of years. State-of-the-art technology like Wi-Fi and Wimax have grown to change everything the way people communicate, to the performing complex medical operations from remote areas. What would have been deemed as an unthinkable task a decade ago is no longer a dream. Thanks to the rapid growth of information technology. Access to information has increased due to the constant improvements in the contemporary technologies supporting its broadcast, such as mobile technology, wireless technology etc. The meteoric growth in information technology has facilitated the information renaissance. The internet has been the backbone for growth in the access to unlimited extent of information on any single topic one can imagine of. Mobile phones have also radically changed the availability of information to the common man. Today everything from the weather forecast to the latest information on the stock exchange can be accessed instantly using mobile phones. “Overcoming the flat dissemination of knowledge and information and the unavailability of information on both supply and demand sides of the market will create an information society that awakens public knowledge and opens up a vast wealth of information; indeed, this will create a self-actualization society that can be fairly characterized as an information society renaissance” (Kouji Ohboshi). Information renaissance has brought about a change in the approach reach out for information from libraries to online books and journals.

Internet has become a way of life and communications has become quintessential for all business related solutions. Seamless connectivity and converged networks are the biggest challenges. Communication industry is growing in size and complexity and hence it has become more important to measure the performance of intermediate devices like switches, routers and hubs.

SmartBits (SMB) are the next generation performance analysis system that allows testing, simulation, analysis, troubleshoot, quality assuring, developing, and certifying:
•	Switching hubs, routers, repeaters, bridges
•	Live networks
•	Network interface cards (NIC)
•	VLANs and ELANs.
SmartBits (SMB) system also allows various LAN/WAN topology testing, which includes:
•	Ethernet networks running at 10 or 100, or 1000Mbps
•	ATM networks at 25, 155, and 622 Mbps
•	Token Ring
•	Frame Relay.

SMB Models:
SMB 10:
SMB 10 is a 20 slot chassis which always uses as an expanding device for other SMB. It has no control and acts only as an expanding device for both SMB 200 and SMB
2000. It is also called as “slave”, since it completely comes under the control of the other SMB.
SMB 200
It consists of a 4 slot analysis system where all smart cards can work with SMB 200.It is also known as “BABY BITS” since it is a down version of SMB 2000. The only difference between the SMB 200 and SMB 2000 is performance time other than this SMB 200 works as effectively as SMB 2000.
SMB 600
SMB 600 holds 2 modules and supports 4GigaByte Ethernet port and 10/100 Ethernet ports. SMB 600 is mainly used in large Scale Industry to analyze the Quality Check.
SMB 2000
SMB 2000 is known for its quick performance because it generates 800 flows per port. The 10 MB Ethernet port accelerates the analysis speed. This system supports all kind of smart cards. The 10 MHZ External Clock is used for latency and timestamps. The Internal Clock reduces the risk of error to 2 parts per million (ppm). It consists of 20 port chassis which has different Ethernet ports to perform multiple tests.
(An Introduction to Performance Analysis, 2007).

SMB Features and Benefits:
The primary features of the SmartBits System are:
•	Generate and monitor traffic on independent Network segments
•	Simplified test setup through SmartWindow software, including ability to save test configurations for later use.
•	Multiport device performance analysis, stress testing and high speed functional testing.
•	An easy to use suite of application tests that measure latency, throughput, packet loss and back-to-back performance.
•	Performance that exceeds network specifications on all ports
Testing, analysing of various network devices allows the user to provide better Qulaity of service and more secured connectivity.

“Human communication is common” my colleague Griffith Goas always tells me. It is common for all human being and helps them in sharing information and helps in creating new ideas. There are one million words in English and people use 2400-3000 words. (Dr. Gillette). Here word count is not important but understanding the concept is important. Human communication helps people in understanding the concept.

Communication:
Communication is one of the everyday activities that are intertwined with the human life. Many scholars worked very hard in defining the term “Human Communication” and “Theories of Human Communication’. Frank Dance took a major step in clarifying this muddy concept by outlining a number of elements used to distinguish communication (john Little, 1987, pg-3). He gave three terms and they are
•	Observation
•	Intentionality
•	Judgment (John Little, 1987 pg-3)
Theodore Clevenger, another scholar who also believed in Frank’s concept. Hence the Human communication is indefinable and unavoidable. Dr. Gillette once said that “complex word has three syllables and the communication has five syllables”. So, the word communication is also a complex term. Different researcher approach the topic in different ways and my job as a student is to understand the various approaches that have influenced my knowledge of communication

Human Communication:
Human Communication also known as “Anthrop semiotics” is a process of generating, transmitting and receiving signals (information idea) with mutual understanding between listener and speaker. The term “Anthrop” means human and “Semiotics” means “study of sign and symbols”. Human Communication can be broadly classified into

•	Intrapersonal Communication
•	Interpersonal Communication
•	Group Dynamics
•	Organizational Communication
•	Cross cultural Communication (Stewart, Gwen, 2005).
The transfer of information can be bi-directional normally between two or more entities.

Characteristics of Human Communication:
Human Communication is characterized into five terms and each core element is very important and mutually dependent.
•	Content and form of message
o	Verbal communication
o	Non-verbal communication.
•	Source
•	Channel
•	Destination
•	Context and situation (Little, john 1987 pg 38)

Content and form of message:
Sharing of information can be done in several methods but the information should reach the destination (listener) without any loss. Dr. Gillette stated that “Information is wealth and it will do magic in life”. There are two types of methods in sharing the information. They are
•	Verbal communication
•	Non-verbal communication

Verbal communication:
Verbal communication can be obtained by a common medium such as language to share the information. In verbal there are two types: Oral communication and written communication. Here grammar, diction accent plays important role and second mandatory rule is both receiver and sender should know the “common language”.
E.g. Americans and British people have two different accents and context. Since people used to their accent there will be some lag in communication. Some examples of words to illustrate the point
British word American word
Biscuit cookies
Football soccer
Mental crazy
So the Grammar, Diction and context are very important in verbal communication.

Non-verbal communication:
Non-verbal communications are also called as “Body Language”. It deals with Gestures, emotions, facial expressions. According to social scientists 7% of communication lies in verbal and 93% of communication comes under Non-verbal communication. (Stewart, Gwen 2005).
E.g. whenever we speak about non-verbal communication the person comes to my mind is Charlie Chaplin. He was one of the greatest comedian in 19th century and his films have no verbal communication. His expression, feelings speaks more than words.
Source:
Source is one where we get information from and should use the common channel where the listener can get the signal with 0% loss.
Channel:
Channel here illustrates the transmitting medium and must be a common language.
Language:
Language is an aspect of culture which is common to all human societies. Languages are in continual state of change (chaos), as social conditions change. (Colin cherry, pg 77). It is a system of symbols and the rules used to manipulate them. Languages are not only set of symbols but certain system of rules is to manipulate the symbols. Language is most important factor and primary criteria of human communication. Tom peters stated that “Invest in human capital as much as in hardware. Train entry-level people retrain them necessary.” (Tom peters, 1987, pg 386). This quote is not only for giving technical information but also train people with good communication to share their ideas.

Levels of Language:
Many scholars worked with the term language and identified the five different levels of language.
•	Phonology
•	Syntax
•	Semantics
•	Conceptual knowledge
•	Belief
Grammar provides complete set of rules that will generate or produce all acceptable sentences and should not produce unacceptable sentences.
1.	Phonology: Rules of how a language stands and how and when certain sounds can be combined.
2.	Syntax: Rules concerning word order or arrangement (Dr. Gillette, 18 September 2007)
3.	Semantics: combines the separate word meaning into a sensible meaningful whole
4.	Conceptual knowledge:
Conceptual knowledge is rich in relationship and understanding. It must be learned by thoughtful. It refers to a person’s representation of the major concepts in a system. Deepak, one of the scholars in our class said that “consciousness is our first language”. This relates our thought with the communication. Tom peters in his management handbook says that “Become a learning organization, create your idea and adapt to that practice” (Tom peters, 1987 pg: 278).

Knowledge value added methodology:
Knowledge value added (KVA) is a framework for measuring the value of knowledge assets. This framework acts as a knowledge measuring tool where higher officials like executives use this tool to measure the value of knowledge (Housel, 2005)
E.g. every scholar will spend a lot of time in adding value and Dr. Gillette allocates the time for the researchers to add value in his class. It is exactly like a brainstorming session where lot of ideas can be created. KVA is a tool to measure the value of knowledge obtained from the seminar.
Tom peters, another scholar gave prescriptions from c1 to c6 which constitutes the basic value adding strategies. (Tom peters, 1987, pg 177).
Maurice Merleau-ponty a theorist in his tradition wrote that “all my knowledge of the world, even my scientific knowledge, is gained from my own particular point of view or from some experience of the world” (Little john, 2007 pg 38)
The scholars like Maurice’s experience should be shared and it will not only help the researcher who is sharing but also the entire world with the knowledge value.
Destination:
Listener listens to the speaker and the most important skill in Human communication is listening skill. Dr. Steele in his 601 class states that “Listen carefully, it will reduce the 25% of the work and it helps you in finishing the work successfully and professionals always successful in their work” (Dr. Steele). Tom peters states that “create an environment where listening is cherished and opportunities for structured and unstructured listening” (Tom peters, 1987 pg 367). Listening skill will always progress our level and management handbook by Tom peters stated that “If you don’t believe there’s much worth listening you will make a mess of this”(Tom peters, 1987 pg 370). While listening listen for the facts and perceptions and listen with the intensity.

Effective Listening:
There are lot of difference between listening and effectively listening. “Effective listening is an engaged listening’. There is an important emotional component to this. The note-taking habit is a tip-off to the latter, but retrieving the information after a long period is not possible. But when we store the information in information storing device (Note books) we can get the information whenever we want. Since “information is wealth” (Dr. Gillette).
The process of sharing information between people is exactly same as the process of sharing data in a computer. Shannon-weaver who came with the idea before ten decade and illustrates the same principle in his theory of human communication.

Shannon-Weaver model:
Shannon-Weaver model is the one of the most important model in the theory of human communication.

The main important aspects are source, channel and destination which are mutually dependant on each other. The communication here is bidirectional information sharing model and often speaker will get questions which will make human communication fruitful.
Conclusion:
Human Communication is like god, everybody wants to use it but nobody wants to understand it my colleague Jonah’s statement. There is nothing permanent in this world and scholars will always to adapt to the constant change. (Dr. Gillette). Dr. Gillette also stated that “The master’s condition is not to generate contradictions but to resolve them”. As a scholar, I tried to resolve the contradictions on “Theories of Human communication” as many scholars did. Hence Human communication plays an important role in human life, technology, Business, and acts as a medium for a better life and better future.

Web 2.0 refers to the second generation of web based communities such as social networking sites, and wikis. It is the improved form of World Wide Web. The new web technologies like webblogs, social software, application programming interfaces (APIs), and online web services such as ebay and Gmail provides the user to retrieve the information wherever they are. (O'Reilly, 2007)
Web 2.0 made a big revolution in computer field by keeping the internet as a platform. The main objective of web 2.0 is to facilitate creativity and collaboration by sharing the information between users.

Origin of web 2.0:
The concept of web 2.0 originated with the brainstorming session between o’Reilly and Medialive International who are “the producers of technology trade shows and conferences”. The web based software helps people in sharing the information. Stephan Fry who is the author, broadcaster and writer defines the web 2.0 as “an idea in people’s heads rather than a reality. It’s actually an idea that the reciprocity between the user and the provider is what’s emphasized. In other words, genuine interactivity if you like, simply because people can upload as well as download”. (Stephan Fry: Web 2.0, 2007)

Web 2.0 a unique application:
What makes a big difference between the web 2.0 and its previous version is, it allows the user not only share the ideas but also publish their own ideas. User can own the data on web 2.0 and have control over that data. By this feature web 2.0 encourages the user to add value to their ideas which helps in knowledge integration and in adding the high contrast values to their ideas.

Technical support to web 2.0:
Web 2.0 mainly concentrates on rich data content and user-experience. Rich user-experience can be provided by Ajax which is Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. The intent of Ajax is to make web pages free from reloading the whole page when small amount of data is transferred. This increases the speed, functionality and usability of web page. Ajax incorporates other applications like HTML, server software, blog pushing tools are used. (O'Reilly, 2007)

Applications of web 2.0:
The introduction of web 2.0 leads the information technology industry to the skies. The new concepts like social networking and human networking has been introduced with the help of web 2.0. The websites like facebook, orkut makes people get together wherever they are. It significantly reduces the size of the planet.

The web 2.0 gives new blood to the “human networking concept” and made the world flat everywhere even with the huge diversity in language, culture and place.

The Codespear secure, patented technology provides a comprehensive interoperability solution enabling live communications and alert notifications across multiple devices, including: 2-way radios, landline and cellular telephones, computers, pagers, hybrid cell phone/radio devices (such as Nextel Direct Connect). Alert notifications and voice communications can be instantly transmitted in multiple languages on any device or frequency.
Combined with instant alert notification, the Codespear platform makes mission-critical communications dramatically easier, faster and less expensive than hardware alternatives. In addition to providing day-to-day interoperable communications, Codespear software allows incident managers to establish instant tactical communications within minutes of arriving on scene at an emergency where hardware-based networks are unavailable or down due to the nature of the crisis. (Overview, 2007)

Technology of Codespear
The codespear software includes,
a.	Two level of encryption and supports voice communication.
b.	It includes a radio interface device and is of the size of a shoe box.
Instead of putting the logic into a big piece of hardware, most of protocol conversion work is achieved through the software itself converting the audio signal into a form of code that a computer can understand. (Mobile Radio Technology, 2007)
Instant Communications
Codespear supports two way communications across all medias and mediums. It uses a Common alerting protocol (CAP v1.0) which is a simple but general format for exchanging all-hazard emergency alerts and public warnings over all kinds of networks. CAP allows a consistent warning message to be disseminated simultaneously over many different warning systems, thus increasing warning effectiveness while simplifying the warning task.
(Common Alerting Protocol V.1.0, 2003)

Management Functions of Codespear

1.	Unified Alert Notifications
a.	Single process to initiate alerts.
b.	Intelligent directory – escalation across users, devices and teams.
c.	Mixed mode messaging support (VoIP, Voice and text)
d.	Real time Multi-lingual messaging.
2.	Real-time Response Tracking
a.	Networked IP Devices
b.	Text Devices
c.	Voice/DTMF
(Mobile Radio Technology,2007)
SmartMsg Product

SmartMsg is the first alert notification and secure-messaging software that is instantly interoperable with any device over any networking medium. By taking advantage of existing infrastructure, the Codespear SmartMsg platform stands out as a cost-effective solution that enables users to leverage the equipment investments that they've already made.

SmartMsg blends communications interoperability, alert notification, secure urgent messaging, and interactive data sharing into a single, stationary or portable seamless software package.

Benefits of SmartMsg Software Solution

•	Current hardware can be utilized rather than discarding them.
•	The system is highly reliable because it is not dependent on any one individual device type or any single communication medium.
•	SmartMsg supports public internet, wide-area network (WAN), 802.1 lb/g, virtual private network (VPN), cellular data, microwave, satellite and two-way radio.
•	The Life span and flexibility of the system is not limited as communication equipment evolves.

What is Execution?
Execution is a fundamental strategy and systematic way of getting things done. It is the central part of company’s strategy and its goals. Execution has specific set of behaviors and techniques that companies need to master in order to have competitive advantage. It is a discipline of its own.
Why is it important?
Execution is one of the main tactics that every leader, manager should follow. In the year 2000, forty CEO’s from the fortune 500 companies were fired or forced to resign by the management due to their failure in executing the goals. It eventually affects the employee, share holders, economy of the nation and world. So, it’s very important to understand the concept of Execution.
(Bossidy and Charan, 2002)
The three key points will help to understand the Execution
•	Execution is a discipline, and integral to strategy
•	Execution is the major job of the business leader
•	Execution must be a core element of an organization’s culture. (Bossidy and Charan, 2002)
Many people misunderstood that execution is the tactical side of business. This is a big mistake. Tactics are the central to execution, and execution is not tactics. Execution is the fundamental to strategy that has to shape it.
Building blocks of Execution:
There are seven essential behaviors that form the building block of execution.
•	Know your people and your business
•	Insist on reality
•	Set clear goals
•	Follow through
•	Reward the doers
•	Expand people capabilities
•	Know yourself. (Bossidy and Charan, 2002)
Leaders have to live their businesses. They have to know about their people’s beliefs and behaviors. Realism is the heart of execution. Realism will help the organization to know about their weaknesses. Organization should aware of people believe and behavior. It directly correlates with the strategy and structure of the company.
The heart of execution lies in three processes. The people process, the strategy process and the operations process.

The People process:
The people process is important of the three. It directly integrates with the company progress. It results in a leadership gene pool that conceives and shapes the executable strategies and converts them into operating plans.
Right people in right place:
Employees in an organization are the most reliable resources for creating good result. There is a good saying that “people are our most important asset”. It’s important to place right people in right job. The advantage of this are
They energize people
Decisive on tough issues
They get things done through others (Bossidy and Charan, 2002)
To get the right people traditional interview will not help. They should dig the person’s record how they performed in their previous jobs. Interviewer should also check their pulses by asking unexpected questions.
The strategy process:
The main aim of the strategic plan is to get the customer preference and defining the business direction and position it to move in that direction. A robust strategy is not only the compilation of numbers or predicting the future but also explains how to execute it. It should also have an action plan that explains how to do it. The outcome of this process is called commitment.
The operations process:
The operation plan is the continuation of the strategy plan and it provides the path for reaching the goal by breaking the long-term output into short term targets. Simply an operation plan looks forward to the hows.
So execution is the systematic way of approach to get things done. These three processes are integrated with one another. Leaders need to master the individual process and the way they work together as a whole.
