Nintendo Wii as Therapy

So many parents and teachers alike are trying to find ways to be innovative in the classroom when a large amount of students are showing up with autism spectrum disorder. From a behavioral perspective, many students struggle on the extreme end to do basic motor coordination skills. A new therapy program through the Nintendo Wii, called Core TX
. It was originally developed for Stroke survivors but has been adapted for many uses. This is another example of entertainment applications being adapted for the health and education arena.
