European Renaissance Death and Dying

European Renaissance in relation to the inevitable life event of death and dying and some of the rituals that go along with it during this time period.
“Not all cultures and societies, however, behave as Americans do. It is important to understand that human behavior is largely a product of culture values, social structures, and interactions with other members of a particular society. Likewise, human dying is defined is defined by the time and place in which dying and death occur. Specifically, the meanings of the dying experience, the place where death occurs, and the response of other people to dying and death will, on balance, be shaped by the values and institutions of the society.”(p. 3)

It seems a little redundant, but even with all the technology that swirls around us today not everyone understands it. Blogs are a growing trend in both business and in people’s personal lives. “Blog,” which is short for weblog, can be used for keeping a journal and staying in touch with family to updating clients on project progress.

Hypothesis

In Dr. Seuss’s book, Sneetches, there are Sneetches that have stars on their bellies and Sneetches who don’t have stars on their bellies. European Renaissance and changes experienced in this Era.

1300-1600 marks the time period of the European Renaissance. This era is known for the cultural, social and artistic explosion to get out of the medieval and religious era to a modern day culture. A family from Italy with great power and wealth were considered instrumental throughout this change. They were called the Medici family, the Godfathers of the Renaissance.
