Web 2.0- Lovemarks
We know one thing that attracts generation Y to Web 2.0 and that is the ability to have what we call grass roots feedback. This area is one that many Web 2.0 users are particularly passionate about. Many have observed that one of the goals any company strives to do is be a lovemark. Lovemarks is a web site where employees and consumers can praise a product or a company. Lovemarks wants its products/companies to not only be respected but loved as well. This is important because potential employees will see how great current employees think a company is, and it will make them want to be a part of that company. How can we set up a channel where by users can comment? How can we adjust to these comments? How can we market your company?
The new employees also have a sense of validation when they see employees boasting on Lovemarks.
