Information Renaissance: Cell phones
Some people might say the information renaissance started when the first computers was made, or if you go further back maybe when the printing press was made by Johanna Gutenburg. My opinion, I believe it started when cells phones were invented. Cells phones change the world, it really change how some people live their lives. Cell phones were a huge impact during 9/11. In the hi-jack airplane, it was said that many people called their love one when that tragic event happen. I think cells phones are very useful, when people get into car accidents, you can call for emergency immediately. Major of people in the technology industy have cells phones, what type of geek would you be without one. Some people used their cell phones as house phones. Technology changes how cell phones are used today. Cell phones today have Bluetooth, internet, TV, music, MS word, and other great features. In the future cells phone might even have videoconferencing on them. I believe that the Information Renaissance started with cells phones.
